Frequently Asked Questions

A non-archival venue is one where accepted papers are not formally published in proceedings. This means the work will not appear in a permanent, citable archive and should not preclude future publication of the work.

Yes! Since our workshop is non-archival, you are free to submit your work elsewhere. We still do recommend checking the policies of your target journal or conference.

Absolutely. You are welcome to submit such work to our workshop.

Yes, concurrent submissions are allowed. However, please ensure that your other target venues also permit this.

This workshop will be held in a hybrid format. While we expect at least one author of accepted papers to present in person, we will accommodate virtual presentations for those unable to attend due to visa restrictions or other unavoidable circumstances.

ICLR offers travel sponsorships for presenters of accepted workshop papers. Please watch the ICLR website and this page for announcement updates and further details.

Due to limited wall space, all workshop posters must be in portrait format. The maximum size for workshop posters is 61 cm × 91 cm (24 in × 36 in). More details are available on the ICLR poster instructions page. We will follow up with poster session assignment details soon.

For oral presentations, we ask presenters to give both a short oral talk and a poster presentation. Each oral presentation will be allotted 10 minutes, with more detailed discussion and Q&A reserved for the poster session. Additional presentation logistics will be shared soon.
